Spawn Town Info and Guidelines

An area west of the main spawn building has be designated for community builds. To claim a plot (designated by single fence posts-see map below), simply add a sign with your name on it. These can be anything you want them to be but you must adhere to some simple guidelines:

1. One plot per human (please do not use alts to claim multiple plots)
2. You have 7 days to start building on your plot or it can be up for grabs
3. Be considerate of Dynmap visibility, if you build a sky scraper in the south east corner you will be asked to remove it
4. You may dig below your plot but must remain within your plot borders
5. NO portals
6. Unfinished/garbage builds will be removed at the discretion of the mod team
7. If you abandon the server (MIA) the plot will be forfeit after 30 days
8. Finally, light your area up, nobody wants their hard work blown up by a creeper

A map of the plots are below, you may not build anything outside of the designated plots. The area will be expanded as deemed necessary.
