To reserve a shop:
1. /mail sandepants stating the shop number you would like (ie. N13). See maps below.
2. Place a sign in the shop with your name to hold it as you begin to build and fill your shop (you have 7 days or forfeit the shop).
Shop ownership rules and stipulations:
A. You may not alter the floors or walls in anyway.
B. You may add any sort of decoration to the inside of the shop.
C. Nothing is to be displayed outside of your shop including signs--except for the one sign above your entrance naming your shop.
D. All shops must have a reasonable amount of stock at all times or you risk losing your shop. If you receive a message stating your shop stock is below reasonable levels, you have 7 days to stock your shop or risk losing the shop. If a player loses a shop, all items will be moved into the Spawn Basement Storage Area. You have 30 days to claim your items or they will be auctioned off to the public.
E. If a player has been offline for more than 30 days a shop can be reclaimed, especially if the shop is in a high traffic area. All items will be moved to storage where they will remain for 30 days, after which time the items will be auctioned off.
